, the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects, was presented at a plenary session of the Conference on Disarmament, the world's sole multilateral forum for disarmament negotiations.

The new draft treaty has supplemented, revised and refined some clauses of the one China and Russia presented in 2008, including definition and scope of the treaty, organizations as well as mechanisms to solve disputes, said Wu Haitao, China's ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary for disarmament affairs.

Wu, who is also deputy permanent representative to the UN Office in Geneva and other international organizations in Switzerland, said this new draft treaty is aimed at advancing the Conference on Disarmament toward negotiations for signing an international legal document.

China has been prioritizing the prevention of arms race in outer space at the conference because the growing risks of the weaponization of outer space and arms race in outer space with the rapid development of space technology, will hinder the peaceful use of outer space, ruin the safe mutual trust between related countries in outer space, break global strategic balance and stability and hamper nuclear disarmament, Wu said.

Meanwhile, the current legislation on outer space cannot prevent the weaponization of outer space or prevent the use or the threat of force against outer space objects, Wu said.

Under this circumstance, Wu called on the international community to adopt preventive measures by signing a new international legal document at an early date to prevent the weaponization of outer space.

China and Russia are willing to listen to advices and suggestions from other parties and continue to improve the draft treat in order to lay a foundation for the start of practical negotiations at the Conference on Disarmament, Wu said.

Delhi, the capital of India is one of the desired places of living. The rate of immigration has increased a lot in Delhi. What is the reason behind it? Obviously facilities and opportunities related to Job & education.

Nowadays foreign investments have been done in big cities of India. Reason behind is that India is fifth largest Economy in the world and is a potential market.

Government is also making efforts in liberalizing guidelines & norms and being generous for investment through FDI. Delhi is also becoming a source of attraction for builders, property dealers, MNC’s with respect to Real estate.

Now that multinationals has started opening offices in metropolitan cities to attract good quality candidates from good colleges, institutes situated in big cities of India, real estate is also spreading its feet in Delhi. Every big brand has its presence today in Delhi.

Many reasons are behind that .Some of the reasons are being enumerated as below:

• Connectivity with the help of Metro rail.
• Well connected roads and highways.
• Advance medical facilties.
• Great job opportunities
• Good infrastructure

Now for instance Vasant vihar in New Delhi. It was formed in 1960 by Indian Govt. It was an amalgam of villages. Later on it was sold to some very rich class people nd see the difference today. It has become a posh colony in South Delhi today. It is one of the most expensive areas in ASIA.

Same is the case with Trans Yamuna region. It has changed tremendously in last two three years. Akshardham Temple on the bank of the Yamuna river is a very beautiful temple situated their and is a pride of the region. New multiplexes, malls , tertainment hubs have been opened there due to the improvising lifestyle of the people and emergence of urban culture.

Have a look on Dilshad garden in East Delhi. Although the area was lacking some facilities but now it has transformed in to a civilized residential area. Nehru place is a hub for IT services. Most buildings are built with four floors and underground parking’s.

Real estate has seen an upward movement here in Malviya Nagar after 2007.It can be accessed from all parts of Delhi. Compare the rates of commercial OR residential roperties now. Rates have skyrocketed in these areas. Even for NRI’s traditional favorite has always been Real Estate.

People run after good living nowadays. Property dealers are taking advantage of this desire of people. They appear to be giving lots of attention for that. Besides constructing offices and residential apartments, they are also focused on providing facilities like Shopping malls, schools and hospitals.

The service sector accounted for about 70% of the demand for commercial office space in seven major Indian cities and Delhi is one of them.
